Budgeting does not just mean being thrifty or holding back finances. It also means knowing how much to spend. From the given budget, you have to work all the way down to the kind of wedding that accommodates a budget of 30,000 dollars. From the list of wedding needs, you have to only spend 1,000 for the Brooklyn bridal gown, 2,000 for the invitations, 10,000 for the food, and so on. The idea of this strategy is to stick to the budget by adjusting the amounts of each item.

It is up to you which strategy best fits your lifestyle and condition. If you think you can always add finances anytime, you can opt for the first strategy.
